CPD Topics - "Training is a process not an event"
At BCM, we believe that keeping skills and knowledge up to
date is becoming more and more difficult in the modern business
environment.
It is also vital for the success of the individual and the
organisation that these skills are current and effective.
To solve this problem, BCM Training has created smaller
training sessions, which are designed to enhance and advance
the knowledge and skills base of your organisation. These
sessions can also be used for the purposes of Continuing Professional
Development [CPD], now a requirement of many professional
bodies.
Each topic is designed to stand-alone and lasts for between
2-3 hours. It can be delivered at a time to suit the client
but the most popular times are at lunchtime or in the early
evening, thus limiting the time that any member of staff is
absent from their desks or places of work.
All sessions can be combined or expanded to create a larger
course, if the client so wishes.
